В Тверской области семьи с невысоким доходом могут заключить социальный контракт

С 2021 года социальный контракт является основным способом оказания адресной
помощи малоимущим семьям и малоимущим одиноко проживающим гражданам, а
также гражданам, находящимся в трудной жизненной ситуации, которые по не
зависящим от них причинам имеют среднедушевой доход ниже величины
прожиточного минимума, установленного в Тверской области.
В приоритетном порядке государственная социальная помощь на основе социального
контракта оказывается гражданам, проживающим в семьях с детьми.
Приоритетные направления социального контракта:
— По поиску работы.
Ежемесячная денежная выплата предоставляется в первый месяц с даты заключения
социального контракта и в течение трех месяцев с момента подтверждения факта
трудоустройства заявителя. Размер ежемесячной выплаты в 2023 году составляет 15199,00
руб.

— По осуществлению индивидуальной предпринимательской деятельности.
Размер денежной выплаты получателю, заключившему социальный контракт на
реализацию мероприятия по осуществлению индивидуальной предпринимательской
деятельности, в том числе являющемуся самозанятым, — единовременно не более 350000
руб. для ведения предпринимательской деятельности, в том числе для закупки
оборудования, создания и оснащения дополнительных рабочих мест.
С целью реализации мероприятий по поиску работы, по осуществлению индивидуальной
предпринимательской деятельности для получателей предусмотрена возможность
прохождения профессионального обучения или дополнительного образования.
Заявление и соответствующие документы необходимо подать одним из следующих
способов:
1) при личном обращении – через любой филиал государственного автономного
учреждения Тверской области «Многофункциональный центр предоставления
государственных и муниципальных услуг»;
2) посредством почтовой связи – в адрес Центра социальной поддержки населения;
3) с использованием федеральной государственной информационной системы «Единый
портал государственных и муниципальных услуг».
Перечень документов:
1. Документы, удостоверяющие личность заявителя и членов его семьи.
2. Документы, подтверждающие доходы заявителя и каждого члена его семьи за 3 полных
месяца, предшествующих месяцу обращения.
3. Документы о трудовой деятельности заявителя (трудовая книжка).
4. Документы, содержащие сведения о недвижимом имуществе и автотранспорте,
находящемся у заявителя и членов его семьи на праве собственности.
5. Документы об образовании заявителя.
6. Документ о долговых обязательств заявителя (членов его семьи) перед кредитными
организациями (при наличии).
7. Бизнес-план (на 3-5 лет) — для ИП или самозанятого.
8. Реквизиты банковского счета.
